In most cases, you do not need to be home while we repair your roof. Our crew can complete the work as long as we have access to your driveway and the areas around your home. We will coordinate everything with you ahead of time, including start times and any special instructions.

We do recommend that:

• Vehicles are moved out of the driveway or garage.

• Gates are unlocked so we can access the roof.

• Pets and children stay indoors during the work, as it can be loud and there may be debris.

If we need interior access (for example, to check an attic leak), we’ll schedule a time when you can be home. Otherwise, you’re free to go about your day while we take care of your roof.

In many cases, yes. Most minor to moderate roof repairs can be completed in a single day once our crew arrives on site.

The exact timing depends on:

• The size and complexity of the damage

• Weather conditions

• Whether any special materials are needed

Before we begin, we’ll explain what we found, outline the scope of work, and give you a clear expectation on timing. If your repair requires more than one day, we’ll secure the area to protect your home and keep you updated every step of the way.

Your home’s protection is our first priority. If rain is in the forecast, we’ll monitor the weather closely and may adjust your appointment time or reschedule to keep your roof and interior safe.

If a sudden shower pops up while we’re working, our crew will:

• Secure and cover any open areas with waterproof tarps

• Make sure your home is protected from water intrusion

• Pause work until it’s safe and dry to continue

We’ll never leave your roof exposed to the weather. If conditions aren’t safe or could put your home at risk, we’ll communicate with you and choose the best plan to protect your property and finish the repair properly.
